Our Founder is Ronnie Blair. He is married with 3 grown up 'kids', lives in Scotland and spends some of the year in Florida.

 

He has studied Customer Experience for nearly 40 years, in the UK and in the USA, including Disney World Florida and Disneyland Paris. 

 

Ronnie has taken over, multi-million pound businesses which were languishing at the bottom of the Customer Satisfaction Leagues and taken them all the way to the top... while  also substantially increasing the company net profit at the same time.

 

He now plans to share his story of how he achieved this, plus 40 years of knowledge and experience, through his training videos.

The company was founded to share almost 40 years of knowledge and experience in customer experience with you. To help you create a customer experience you can be proud of and that you, your staff and your customers can benefit from.

 

We aim to provide the foundations, to allow you to create a successful customer experience culture, while also increasing the company net profit and boosting your earnings too. 

 

We are different from other training companies and  make our programmes simple to understand and to implement.

 

The majority of information and knowledge we share is from first-hand personal experience.
